I made this resume. Not for me, but for you. Do enjoy!
Zachary Gort {Thinker & Maker}
Available for full-time roles in design-led, data-driven environments.
Things I'm building:
https://zackgort.com — started by thinking about my own brand, but eponymous branding is hit or miss. #ZCKGRT
I re-purposed https://intoview.pro — now a platform for exploration to further my craft.
First exploration: https://intoview.pro/melody — guitar:piano notation via a bespoke UI. Having these assets piqued interest and led to more interviews.
One interview inspired a proof-of-concept: https://intoview.pro/noted — a functioning #MVP #prototype.
Then came https://intoview.pro/note — “not a novel way to take note.”
Meanwhile, I built https://intoview.pro/kanban — a SMS-powered multi-user task manager. Explored variable themes, right-click utility, and data-density display preferences.
My “aha!” moment: my resume was fluff (reasonably.cc/resume).
So I rebuilt it in the intoview.pro ecosystem — a hub to build up, upon, and beyond. Test, build, see what works, refactor, fall forward. Framework first; libraries optional; single-source content to support evolution.
Also, spontaneous one-day project: https://emdash.click
— NOTE: all em dashes in this message sourced from https://emdash.click
Frankly, no one has time to read a story, but who doesn't enjoy an intentional & thoughtful narrative?
I built this end-to-end to show {you} precisely enough to satisfy and suffice, while not being more than you need.
My latest additions: I added two top-level case studies; while refactoring the overall structure for my own maintenance efficiency.
Welcome to my world. Coffee? Water?
Long story short, I was adopted and shipped to the US in a pink onezie (which is a boy's color in Korea). Anyway, it's become part of my personal brand, signifying my embrace of defying expectations from the get-go.
